SusieCakes has 26 bakery locations across CA, TX and TN. Our bakeries are filled with the delicious tastes and sweet smells of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies, and bars- all baked from scratch, on-site daily, using the freshest and finest ingredients.

We are in growth mode and will be opening up our next bakery in San Antonio, Texas!

We are seeking an AGM that has:

• Experience managing teams in a bakery/restaurant/retail location for at least 3+ years

• Passion for creating a great guest experience

• Loves to train new team members

• Interested in growing their career in management

• Has a consistent track record of employment history

  Salary is estimated to be around $65,000-70,000 per year.

  The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead

• Able to stand for extended periods of time

• Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds
