About This Role:

Guidehouse is seeking an Associate, Contingent Worker Management. This position is located on Guidehouse Human Capital (HC) Shared Services Team and assists administering the contingent worker program. This includes onboarding setup, ongoing maintenance, and off-boarding of Guidehouse contingent workers. The ideal candidate has a variety of experience in HC Operations, process, and program management with knowledge in onboarding and offboarding. A successful team member exercises extreme attention to detail, is thorough, accurate and organized while being flexible and productive in a growing fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do :

  • Administers the contingent worker onboarding, off-boarding and job changes processes including tracking onboarding in Workday

  • Work with external teams on laptop collection efforts, timely access terminations and adding vendors in Workday

  • Assist in maintaining standard reports for ongoing needs. Help maintain data integrity and accuracy

  • Use ServiceNow to respond to inquiries and assign tickets to senior team members. Ensure tickets are created for all requests

  • Act as Tier 1 Contingent Worker related matters

  • Identify process efficiencies and workflow improvements and escalate proposed solutions.

  • Assist in resolving issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders across the company.

  • Ability to build sustained relationships with colleagues and leadership.

  • Work on projects and assignments, with guidance

  • Provide excellent customer service, to both internal and external clients.

  • Self-directed work style with attention to detail and strong collaboration skills.

  • Administration of contingent worker onboarding compliance, training, and background check requirements. Overseen by Senior members of team

What You Will Need :

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

  • Two (2) + years of professional experience.

  • Strong customer service skills while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction

  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and positivity

  • Have problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required

  • Efficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook

What Would Be Nice To Have :

  • Experience with Workday (HMC)

  • Experience with case management systems (such as ServiceNow)

  • Prior experience with third party labor onboarding and offboarding
