Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assembler with 1+ year of assembly experience to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling light fixtures for various high-profile clients, including museums, hotels, and VIP homes. Your day will start at 2:30pm and end at 11pm, Monday through Friday. Each morning, you will work at the same bench with 3 other team members, assembling different product variations with all necessary tools and materials provided. You'll complete 5-10 steps on each product before passing it down the line. The final assembler will place the products on pallets for the warehouse team to wrap, store, and ship out.

Hard Skills

• 1+ year of assembly experience

• Experience with hand tools such as calipers and micrometers

• Experience assembling with a blueprint or following work instructions

• Manager reference

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled, comfortable in both winter and summer. You will work in an industrial setting with approximately 10 workstations, collaborating in a line with 3-4 other team members. The warehouse is medium-sized and completely enclosed except for two open shipping and receiving doors. You will stand 100% of the time. The dress code includes a plain black t-shirt (provided after the first few weeks), jeans (blue, khaki, or black), and tennis shoes.
