Robert Half Marketing Manager in San Antonio, Tx, Texas

Description

This role is a contract to hire position, and requires travel

We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Manager in San Antonio, TX. This role will involve leading cross-functional marketing teams, developing go-to-market marketing plans, setting product positioning strategies, and managing budget projections. The successful candidate will also be expected to support the sales team with product strategy training and evaluate existing and untapped consumer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional marketing teams to deliver on strategic partnership marketing initiatives

• Develop and execute go-to-market marketing plans, including product offerings/segmentation, channel distribution types, and cost/revenue analysis

• Set the positioning strategy for programs and ensure consistent messaging across creative, product development, and educational experience teams

• Manage budget projections, meet or exceed revenue targets, and identify growth opportunities

• Implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, coordinating with all departments for execution

• Support the sales team with product strategy training, including webinars, live events, and creation of sales collateral

• Evaluate existing and untapped consumer needs, working closely with various teams and stakeholders

• Present results and analysis for each program to Senior/Executive Management

• Utilize skills in CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, Advertisements, Brand Awareness, Budget Processes, Campaign Planning, and Communication

Requirements

• MUST HAVE- Franchise experience or beauty brands experience

Proficient in CRM usage and management

• Database management skills

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights

• Proficiency in Google AdWords

• Ability to create compelling advertisements

• Experience in promoting brand awareness

• Understanding of budget processes

• Proven track record in campaign planning

• Strong communication skills
