Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Manager in San Antonio, Texas. The individual will be responsible for the management of information technology systems in our organization, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of IT functions. This role will focus on maintaining customer applications, managing customer accounts, and resolving customer inquiries while operating within the industry of technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including computing and storage technologies, endpoint management technologies, and server hardware.

• Coordinate the implementation and management of IAM technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.

• Manage Windows server infrastructure in enterprise environments and ensure the effective operation of virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.

• Oversee and manage the implementation and compliance of IAM technologies with regulations such as CJIS, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and GDPR.

• Ensure the efficient operation of backup and disaster recovery strategies and technologies.

• Work with IaaS vendors and solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.

• Manage and train employees, recognize problems, and implement solutions.

• Maintain detail oriented and effective relationships with co-workers, outside organizations, vendors, and the general public.

• Demonstrate technological intuitiveness and the ability to operate personal computer and basic office equipment.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently.

Skills

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Dell Technologies, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Expertise in Active Directory, Auditing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management. Requirements

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, and Dell Technologies.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory.

• Experience in Auditing.

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies.

• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware.

• Experience in Configuration Management.

• Ability to lead and manage IT projects and roll-outs across various departments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make high-level decisions.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
