Kuehne+Nagel National Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Manager in Samut Prakarn, Thailand

Take charge as a Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Manager at Kuehne+Nagel Thailand, where you'll oversee the seamless integration of new clients into our logistics network. Your Role

Your primary objective will be to manage a team of Project Managers to set-up, execute, manage + coordinate customer + internal implementations on behalf of the Project Sponsor, using our customer on-boarding methodology + Zero Failure processes. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the key objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • To lead the project team ensuring mandatory/needed resources are assigned to the project as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members, providing guidance on projects, career + development.

  • To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times.

  • To manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within the assigned projects + between different countries.

  • To ensure all project documentation is fully maintained, accurate + up to date.

  • To provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • At least 5 years of experience in project implementation for 3PL environment.

  • Good communication, presentation and analytical skills.

  • Able to work well under pressure with good stakeholder management.
