We're looking for a Product Validation Engineer to join our team in Rabat, Morocco.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate new features: create test plans and test cases, report defects, propose enhancements, and validate fixes.

  • Collaborate closely with R&D to support customer issues.

  • Conduct experiments and explore new ideas for tool and flow improvements.

  • Analyze and debug customer bugs and limitations.

  • Work with R&D to report and test tool defects and enhancements.

  • Assist in creating documentation for new and existing features.

  • Maintain regular and spontaneous communication with R&D and Marketing.

  • Monitor regression and provide regular quality status reports of the engine or flow through the team's tools.

  • Automate validation tasks and develop debugging utilities.

  • Support R&D in executing unit and engine-specific flow tests.

  • Perform feature testing and create test plans.

  • Provide assessments for the owned engine/flow during release signoff.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering (VLSI) or Computer Science.

  • Proven experience as a Product Validation Engineer or Design Engineer in the Design or EDA industry.

  • Experience in RTL design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL, and knowledge of verification.

  • High-level synthesis or power analysis and optimization experience for ASICs or FPGAs is highly recommended.

  • Proficiency in scripting with Tcl and Python.

  • Working knowledge of Unix.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication skills.

  • Experience in creating regression tests is a plus.
