Job Brief This role purpose is to design, implement, and optimize a modernize data and analytics capability to ensure IPL maintains a creates a strategic advantage through enhanced decision making by better use of its data assets.

What You'll Do: * Drive the digitization and streamline reporting to provide quality and timely insights for better decision making. * Accountable for defining the Global Data governance across the business and partnering with Global Data Process Owners * Working with key stakeholders across the organization to understand, incorporate and predict and plan their needs to identify and leverage data opportunities and to address data-related challenges. * Accountable for establishing new data and analytics capabilities from the ground up. This encompasses designing and implementing the right governance frameworks, modern technologies, fit for purpose policies, and processes, and building and leading a high-performing team to drive the data-driven transformation. * Implementing innovative data solutions and advanced analytical tools to transform raw data into actionable insights. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity and master data management by establishing rigorous quality control procedures and data privacy standard * Collaborating with technology providers and stakeholders to optimize data capabilities and promote shared understanding and use of data analytics.

What We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field 5+ years experience in Data and Analytics, and 2 years leadership experience. Proven experience in data analysis and data management roles Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database design Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, like SQL, R, Python, or SAS Experience with business intelligence tools (like Power BI, Tableau) and data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) Mastery of statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, and multivariate testing Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI implementation Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative Professional certifications like Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) can be advantageous
