Snap Finance, LLC seeks Sr Marketing Analyst in West Valley City, UT.

• Act as the lead and support analytics projects in the marketing business.
• Act as the subject matter expert on analytics by discovering insights, developing data models, performing statistical analysis, making recommendations, and presenting actionable findings to the marketing team.
• Design the analytical framework to test the working hypothesis.
• Conduct a deep dive into Google Analytics to provide insights to help the business grow and invest intelligently in the marketing mix.
• Translate specific business needs into meaningful analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Access data warehouse systems to obtain data and conduct analysis.
• Evaluate results in a logical and pragmatic manner and provide actionable insights.
• Present data and visualizations.
• Design and implement robust testing strategies to determine performance.
• Develop reports and KPIs to help business unit leaders manage and optimize their business using SQL and R.
• Work with the team to identify and implement growth and profit-enhancing strategies.
• Design and implement pilot tests to evaluate recommendations
• Evaluate the marketing funnel for optimization opportunities.
• Leverage deep experience in digital analytics, including tools such as Google Analytics uncovering key, actionable insights about Snap digital users and      behaviors.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability.
• Position based at headquarters and may be assigned to unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. as determined by management.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of experience in the job offered, as a Data Analyst, Decision Scientist, or related occupation. Telecommuting permitted.
