Combustion and Control Service (CCS) is a mechanical contractor looking for a motivated and detail-oriented project support person.  As a Project Accounting Specialist at CCS, you will be managing the purchasing and payables aspects of our projects. You will work closely with project managers, office manager and other team members to ensure projects receive orders on time and invoiced properly.

Responsibilities

Help answer phones

Order and track project purchases

Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents

Reconcile project purchase orders and resolve discrepancies

Ensure all project costs are recorded accurately in software (BuildOps)

Maintain organized project files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date

Skills

1-2 years previous accounting experience

1-2 years QuickBooks experience

Basic computer skills (Search Engines, Word, Excel, PDF)

Strong organization skills

Experience in Construction industry a plus

Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
