MYRIAD GENETICS, INC. Product Marketing Specialist - Oncology - Germline (REMOTE) in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

Myriad Genetics is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Oncology Marketing Team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing-Germline, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions and developing corresponding marketing materials and programs across diverse customer touchpoints. This position offers high visibility and supports a priority portfolio within Myriad Genetics. We're seeking an individual who can seamlessly integrate creative, clinical, and analytical skills to drive results, with a solid understanding of key marketing concepts and processes. Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager, Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials for the product portfolio. * Gain expertise in the clinical aspects of the germline product portfolio, including hereditary cancer risk assessment and active-cancer diagnosis treatment planning. * Assist in annual marketing plan development and budget management. * Gain competitive insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform decision making. * Work with cross-functional teams (enterprise, omnichannel, sales, product management, medical) to coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, supporting the creation of marketing materials and collateral, and to analyze performance and measure effectiveness. * Contribute to the creation and delivery of internal education and training materials. * Ensure timely submission of materials through Myriad's internal review process. * Support the senior marketing team in additional tasks and projects as needed to achieve marketing objectives. * Manage imaging strategy and channel, ensuring all work adheres to brand standards and overall marketing strategy. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing or a related field. * Minimum of 2-3 years of product marketing experience, with a focus on healthcare or regulated environments. * Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in collaboration with enterprise teams and agency partners. * Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently. * Strong proficiency in both creative and analytical tasks, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business value and achieving results in marketing initiatives. * Experience in analyzing data to optimize strategies and drive business impact. * Familiarity with various marketing tools, techniques, and platforms. * Willingness to take calculated risks, adapt to change, and maintain an innovative mindset. * Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels within the organization. #LI-RV1
