We are looking for energetic and hardworking individuals to be part of the back of house food prep team for the exclusive club section at Rice-Eccles Stadium. In this role, you will prepare food served to club members on game days. If you thrive in a fast-paced and exciting environment, this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of food items following safety and quality standards
• Ensure that all food is prepped and ready for service in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during game days
• Assist in post-service cleanup and inventory as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be a team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but not required
