Performs cyclotron operation, manufacturing, and quality control for routine and research radiopharmaceuticals for positron emission tomography (PET). Incumbent must comply with radiation safety procedures, cGMP, and FDA requirements. Operates, and assists in maintenance and validation of manufacturing and analytical equipment. Follows all standard operating procedures and performs additional duties as directed by management. Must be motivated, team oriented and committed to expanding their knowledge and experience in a clinically oriented academic program. Incumbent will experience moderate exposure to hazardous materials or physical risk, which requires adhering to radiation safety practices. Full time position involving a variable schedule around production demands. The typical work week will be Monday through Friday 11:30 pm 7:30 am. These time frames may need to be adjusted as production demands change.
