Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as both a strategic and operational business partner, providing support to the basecamp (Corporate) teams. Focus on enhancing work relationships, boosting morale, and increasing retention
Collaborate with business leaders to identify priorities and translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering solutions that align with organizational objectives
Lead strategic workforce and talent planning initiatives to align with organizational goals
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, approve disciplinary actions, and conducts effective, thorough, timely, and objective investigations
Responsible for the interpretation of HR policies and processes, while ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures
Support Leaders with the administration of benefits, FMLA, LOA, and ADA compliance
Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies that support the critical evolution of the business, ensuring the achievement of sustainable and long-term business results
Proactively identify areas of opportunity to provide leadership development and training
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to management for decision-making and strategic planning
Qualifications: Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferred
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications, preferred
Qualifications: Experience
5+ years Human Resources, Business Partner, and Employee relations experience
1+ year experience in an HR Business partner role in a corporate environment preferred
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Qualifications: Team Member Competencies
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs
A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
