Insurance Claim Specialist

The Ken Garff Automotive Group is currently looking for an Insurance Claim Specialist that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, growth, honesty and teamwork.

What will make you successful: Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are key to success in this role. In addition, previous experience working in any facet of the insurance and claims process will greatly help you in this role.

Core Responsibility: You will be responsible managing and resolving the insurance claims filed under our Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, and Property Insurance.

Day to Day activities:

• Manage the claims intake process through our online Insurance Portal

• Work with care providers, claimants, insurance adjusters, and brokers to resolve claims

• Liaison between Corporate Risk Management team and the local dealership personnel for insurance claims.
