DIVISION OF INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE

The Division of Integrated Healthcare (DIH) is seeking a positive,communication driven,detail oriented,forward thinker to be a new Financial Manager.   Primary Duties:

• Perform complex reviews of financial transactions and programs to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
• Generate,analyze and present fiscal budget forecasts
• Resolve difficult and unusual accounting problems and ensure adaptations and corrections as necessary

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 2 years professional experience in a related field
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field,or a combination of education and experience
• Has the ability to communicate professionally in both written and verbal forms 
• Has experience using query software or advanced data manipulation tools
• Learns and adapts quickly
• Has experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Has prior financial,accounting,or auditing experience

A skills test in Microsoft Excel will be administered to assess skills needed for this position.    Preference may be given to those with a CPA license or completed Master s degree,or a combination of education and experience in Accounting or a related field as determined by the hiring official.
