Edible Campus Gardens (ECG) interns will be stewards of the physical garden spaces, support educational offerings, and serve as student representatives for the ECG program and Sustainability Office. The ECG internship is seasonal and takes place in spring, summer, and fall, roughly March-November.The ECG mission is to engage the campus through garden-based education and urban food production to foster environmental stewardship, community resilience, and belonging on campus. The Sustainability Office empowers students, employees, and the broader community through education, engagement, and collaborative action to build a sustainable future.Internship goals: Contribute to campus culture of sustainability by interacting with peers, faculty, and staff and discussing ecologically minded agriculture in a positive manner. Support and facilitate educational opportunities. Steward physical garden spaces to maintain spaces which are productive and pleasant.
