Our composite design and fabrication expertise can be found on many defense programs.AEC provides a wide range of products including complete structural assemblies, flight critical components, primary and secondary structural elements for platforms such as the F-35 Lightning II, the CH-53K Heavy-lift Helicopter and the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM).
AEC SLC is supportive of student education through experiential development. We are currently looking for an intern to support various improvement projects in our Contracts department.

Job Responsibilities
General Support
Assist with managing customer portals and contract changes
Support with KPI reports and reviews for monthly metrics
Proposal Support
Download and organize RFP/RFQ details from customers.
Assist with data entry into Salesforce and proposal trackers
Assist with proposals and quotes.
Support compliance reviews, proposal preparation, and submissions.
Contract Management
Aid with purchase orders reviews and escalate issues.
Track schedules and ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
Support with data management: Sales Order management and A/R collections
Assist with Manage RMAs, invoicing, and receivables.
Change and Claim Management
Assist in tracking changes and claims.
Support fact-finding and negotiation activities.
Assist with ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
Administrative Duties
Help maintain contract files, master records, and contract management tracking.
Provide support for timekeeping floor checks and customer service activities.
Assist in closing out activities for completed contracts.
Special Projects
Assist in the conversion of manual form to automated workflows
Assist in the organization and standardization of centralized master contract files
Qualifications:
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business related field.
Contracts certificate a plus
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
The ability to complete multiple projects on schedule with minimal supervision
Must be able to commute to the facility .
