Assists the full-time ticketing staff during ticketed Athletic and Stadium events to ensure excellent customer service, and sales in person. Collects fees or payments from customers purchasing goods or services. Prepares appropriate documentation to record transactions. This position will include working all home football games as well as other Utah Athletic, and Stadium and Arena events as assigned.This position does not have hours for working in the ticket office during business hours.The starting date of this position will be August 2024.
