The Business Systems Analyst is the technical lead for EAB and related solutions on campus. This position will review, analyze, and evaluate the system and balance user needs.This position will become the subject matter expert on Navigate and Edify and how student data from other university systems updates, flows, and is correctly used in EAB products. The Business Systems Analyst will help define scope and objectives, develop process and workflow documentation, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Working with cross-functional teams, service partners and other IT professionals, this position will communicate with leaders and stakeholders regarding business requirements, use of product, and service requirements.
