Are you an experienced Automotive Technician looking for a dynamic and supportive workplace? Jerry Seiner Buick GMC of North Salt Lake is seeking a skilled Level A or B Automotive Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing complex vehicle repairs, troubleshooting, and ensuring our guests' vehicles are restored to peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs as specified on the repair order with efficiency and precision, following dealership and factory standards
• Utilize a video multi-point inspection to assess vehicle conditions and identify any additional recommended services
• Complete a thorough multi-point inspection for each vehicle
• Record all completed work and any recommended services on the repair order
• Communicate effectively with the Service Consultant regarding any additional work needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised timeframe
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and educational courses to stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology
• Maintain the manufacturer's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards
• Properly handle warranty repair orders, documentation, and time-keeping for warranty claim submission

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive or diesel repair
• ASE certifications are highly preferred
• Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Prior experience as an automotive technician is required
• Must have a basic tool set
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
