Job Summary:\ Coordinate and support account managers, project managers and customers in a B2B (Business to Business) environment utilizing Microsoft programs and the company systems. CX Specialists will manage the creation, input and communication regarding inquiries, quotes, and purchase orders with both internal and external customers.\ \ Supervisory Responsibility:\ This position does not have any supervisory responsibility.\ \ Duties and Responsibilities:\ Investigate and resolve customer questions/concerns related to jobs and services.\ Work Internally with colleagues with written and verbal communication, system reporting and daily updates.\ Provide continuous updates of customer information database.\ Create, review, and communicate customer opportunities.\ Follow up with customers on opportunities.\ Receive, review, file and confirm purchase orders.\ Review and ensure jobs are set up according to purchase orders.\ Follow up with project managers ensures jobs progress through the shop(s) in a timely manner and communicate with customers accordingly. Other duties as assigned.\ \ Required Skills and Abilities:\ Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks as assigned while establishing a good rapport for assistance.\ Excellent verbal and written communication skills utilizing daily phone/email customer interactions.\ Organized and driven toward success of the individual and the company.\ Proven ability to meet deadlines and execute projects in a timely manner.\ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.\ \ Education and Experience:\ High School diploma or equivalent GED\ \ Independent Action:\ Duties are performed independently. Must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily.\ \ Working Conditions:\ This is an office environment using computer keyboards, phones and general office machines. Some walking and standing including visits to the shop environment.\ \ Physical Requirements:\ Involves long periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Exerting 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently.
