Positions Available: Full-Time, 1st Shift Machine Operators (Small and Large Equipment). Machine Operators pull, sort, rip, and cut lumber/plywood to various measurements for molding (decorative pieces), doors, drawer fronts, face frames, panels, etc. Machine operators cut cabinetry parts, wood hoods, islands, and all other parts for the final assembly. Specific Position: Face Frame Builder
Wages: \$18.00 / Hour (\$16.00 Base Pay + \$2.00 / Regular Hours Attendance Incentive). After a 60-day Training Period: Add 1) Certification Pay + 2) Production Incentive Pay. Add more Certification Pay (Up to \$2.00 / hour) as new skills are learned. Additional Growth: Technical Pay with skilled positions. Production Incentive Pay is based on specific numbers being achieved in production. Production Incentive Pay ranges from \$0.75 to \$3.88 / regular hour. Production Incentive paid on overtime hours.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Crestwood Production has changed to 4 - 10 hour schedules for 1st and 2nd Shifts.
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Ability to review products and materials during the manufacturing process
Lumber / Plywood must be pulled from bunks, sorted/graded for quality, and run through various saws/machines according to the work order.
Communicate verbally or in written form.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Follow safety requirements
Desire to produce quality parts
Willingness to listen to and receive instruction
A desire to learn and retain information
Ability to transport up to 50 pounds regularly
Able to remain stationary for long periods
Experience with saws and machine operation is beneficial. On-the-job training for candidates willing to learn with no experience
Willing to learn wood species, grading wood, and different cabinet parts.

Provide regular and consistent attendance - be on time for the work schedule
Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company-provided quality standards
