Overview

IGT Play Digital are looking for a Senior QA Manager to join their CTO organization reporting directly into the CTO to align and harmonize the QA function. Ideally this role will be hybrid working with teams of a Global landscape in China, Romania and the US.

What You’ll Do

Manages activities to specify, acquire, design, develop and implement tools and frameworks for the Software Development Lifecycle of iGaming platform, and automation of functionality-oriented and non-functionality-oriented testing.

Develops and seeks to improve performance metrics for productivity and product quality.

Participates in process and infrastructure improvements for all iGaming platform components.

Regularly leads cross-functional efforts to improve overall product quality.

Manages a globally located organization.

Builds successful relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the immediate organization to meet overall objectives.

Provides employee coaching and mentoring.

About You

Has 8 to 10 years of supervisory or management experience.

Has 10 to 15 years of experience in test automation, preferably in the design, development and implementation of automated tests, as well as the associated tools, frameworks and infrastructures.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Has in-depth level proficiency with multiple SLDC and test automation tools.

Experience with and knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, JUnit, Selenium or other automation tools are preferred. Has in-depth knowledge of multiple open -ource tools, frameworks and infrastructures for automated unit, client/server (Non-GUI and GUI), database and web testing (both functionality and non-functionality oriented).

Has extensive experience in the planning, design and implementation of automation tools, frameworks and infrastructures. Has a working knowledge of Java, Linux, OpenAPI, as well as the associated high-level design patterns and best practices as they apply to the design and development of tools, frameworks and Infrastructures for test automation.

Has a working knowledge of at least one scripting language such as JavaScript, PHP, Python or Perl.
