Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Operate machinery under close supervision.

• Equipment Setup: Perform basic setup, calibration, and maintenance.

• Finishing Operations: Handle tasks like trimming, gluing, and machine operation.

• Inspection: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality.

• Documentation: Follow operating manuals, instructions, and procedures.

• Maintenance: Clean and maintain machinery as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

• Excellent hand dexterity.

• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM (+$1.50/hr)

• 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM (+$2.00/hr)

Competitive Pay Rates:

• MTM: $17/hr

• Associate Machine Operator: $18/hr

• Associate Machinist: $22/hr

Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma required.

Work Environment:

• Indoor, climate-controlled facility.

• Clean room conditions with specific attire and hygiene standards (e.g., no make-up, no nail polish, no perfume, must wear hair bonnet, lab coat, gloves, and shoe covers).

Dress Code:

• Long pants, closed non-steel toe shoes, sleeved shirt (no tank tops), business casual attire.

• No metal or jewelry.
