Summary:The Spec, Loss Mit Document I is responsible for processing servicing loan documents, in digital format, and load them into the document management system to optimize business processes, meet regulatory requirements and customer care needs.Essential Job Functions may include:-Responsible for digitally combining packages and checking image for quality and accuracy.-Responsible for identifying correct borrower loan number and cross-reference by name, address, phone number, social security number or email address in LoanServ and Valeri.-Load document images to electronic document repository database - EDMS and accurately categorize/index.-Aid in the disposition of documents process.-Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Must have Loss Mitigation in their recent job title. Must have 2+ years of Loss Mitigation Experience Experience needs to be recent and relevant To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.-Experience with document scanning and indexing.-Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat.-Knowledge of various file formats.
