We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner- FNP to fill an opening in Salem, OR. Will provide preventative medical care for adults.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive exams and preventative care for adults.

• Treatment of acute and chronic health conditions.

• Conducts histories and physical examinations andprescribes medications and/or medical treatments

JOB DETAILS:

• W2 + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-timeproviders

• Flexible Schedule:

• Full Time M-F (8AM - 5:00PM)

• No call or weekends required

• Start Date: ASAP

• Credentialing Estimate: 1 month

  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active/Unrestricted WA

• BLS/ACLS Certification

• Active/unrestricted DEA

• 1 year experience preferred
