Trustmark Enrollment Coordinator in Salem, Oregon

Works in conjunction with the Customer Success Manager and Implementation Managers for client enrollments. Responsible for gathering and inputting all required information needed to set-up and implement cases into our key administration systems. Also, assists with implementation and client services and service assistance as needed.
Develops and manages client enrollment project plans.
Coordinates with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate timeframes are established and key timelines are met throughout the implementation and enrollment process
Establishes self to producers and implementation partners as point of contact for standard enrollment case set-up
Compare marketing pieces to enrollment platform ensuring accuracy.
Assist in answering questions for cases they are assigned
Run enrollment-related reports
Generate email blast and text messages, as needed, for assigned cases during implementation
Handle non- enrollment related requests upon assignment by management; non--enrollment requests may include but are not limited to ad hoc reports, scheduling webinars, project support work, etc.)
Other duties/projects as needed/assigned: Includes but not limited to participation in team, division, and or enterprise projects
Requirements
Associates degree or 2-4 years comparable Voluntary/ Worksite marketplace experience.
Solid interpersonal effectiveness. Ability to develop relationships and handle conflict with external and internal parties
Strong oral/ written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate an email.
Ability to travel up to 15%. May include occasional weekend travel.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) as well as quick ability to learn and use additional internal systems.
Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:
Solid analytical skills and detail oriented
Ability to take initiative and be creative with solution while still maintaining high quality standards
Strong organizational skills using a disciplined approach to activities and projects; Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time within tight timeframes
Ability to solve problems and escalated when appropriate to ensure swift resolution
