Description:

Are you an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a strong background in Cypress and TypeScript ? Our client, a leading financial analysis software and services provider , is seeking a highly skilled test automation engineer to design, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions for their enterprise tech stacks .

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress and TypeScript .

• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and ensure accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust automation solutions.

• Design and implement automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage .

• Analyze and troubleshoot test failures , identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

• Participate in code reviews to improve test quality and maintainability.

• Continuously improve and optimize test automation processes and tools .

Experience Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in test automation development .

• Proficiency in Cypress and TypeScript (Mandatory) .

• Strong knowledge of SQL queries for data validation.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar .

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices.

• Deep understanding of SDLC and STLC .

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
