TEKsystems is a leading technology and talent services company, and we’re looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team. As a CSR, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. We’re seeking highly skilled professionals who can deliver “white glove” service while multitasking using web-based tools in a Windows environment.

 Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Provide accurate information on products, services, and inquiries.

• Assist with order processing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Maintain courteous and professional communication on recorded phone lines.

• Multitask effectively using web-based tools and dual monitors.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

  Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service call center experience within insurance, banking, hospital, or medical office settings.

• Proficient keyboarding skills (30 wpm with 95% accuracy).

• Prior experience working with dual monitors.

• Strong customer-service skills and telephone etiquette.

• Ability to handle stress and pressure while maintaining patience and diplomacy.

• Familiarity with technical terminology and problem-solving.

• Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Radar is a plus.
