Experience Req'd: 2 - 3yrs of Call Center Customer Service Experience (2+yrs preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION

* * * Paid Training for 1-3 weeks.

• Serve as a primary contact for inbound customer inquiries via telephone, Internet, e-mail or fax transmission.

• Provide customer service assistance for all internal and external customers .

• Answer customer questions related to: Orders, Product Availability, Pricing, (RMAs) Return Merchandise Authorizations, etc. via Phones and/or E-mail.

• Process Orders / Order Entry in PC using ORACLE ERP Software - (will train).

ORACLE ( ERP) Enterprise Resource Software is similar

to: SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, Odoo, or Kinetic

• Process (RMAs) - Return Merchandise Authorizations request in ORACLE ERP - (training provided) some ERP Software experience is (a Plus).

• Maintain required quality levels for phone and data entry activities

• Follow pre-defined procedures to identify, evaluate, solve and escalate customer issues.

Shift - Monday to Friday ONLY.

SHIFTS: Mon - Fri 5am - 130pm, 6am - 230pm, 7am - 330pm, 8am-430pm

REQUIREMENTS:

  • pass drug test & background check

  • high school diploma or GED

  • able to interview ASAP & start work in 2 wks
