Robert Half Associate Customer Care Coordinator in Salem, Oregon

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator in our team based in Salem, Oregon. This role is pivotal in our customer service department, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing. You will also monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer inquiries accurate and timely manner • Maintain and update customer records • Resolve customer inquiries and disputes professionally • Monitor customer accounts regularly for any discrepancies • Take appropriate actions to resolve issues • Advocate for the customer by explaining benefits in a detailed and courteous manner to ensure they are understood • Demonstrate critical thinking skills to problem-solve when the root cause of an issue is not apparent • Document all calls in accordance with company standards and aim to resolve inquiries at the point of service • Display strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide and receive feedback effectively • Exhibit multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle phone calls, emails. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with customers and resolve their issues • Experience in Data Entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail • Familiarity with Policy and Research, ensuring company guidelines are adhered to and new information is effectively utilized • Comfortable with Phone Presence, demonstrating a detail oriented and courteous manner in all interactions • Knowledge of Benefit Functions, particularly within a healthcare context • Fluency in English Language, both written and spoken • Experience in Optimization, demonstrating the ability to improve processes and systems for better efficiency • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov and its functions • Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships with customers • Ability to conduct tasks in a detail oriented Manner, reflecting positively on the company • Proficiency in Critical Thinking, with the ability to solve problems effectively and make informed decisions • Experience in a Contact Center environment, with knowledge of multi-channel communication
