ADP Client Service and Product Support Specialist in Salem, New Hampshire

ADP is hiring for our Retirement Trust Team ! This role is for the ADP Retirement Trust Services (ADPRTS). In this position, you will couple your positive attitude with a desire to learn to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes across select areas of ADP's business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform moderately complex clerical, administrative and office support activities

  • Create spreadsheets, presentations and other documents, file and fax as directed

  • Follow standardized formats and established internal procedures

  • Assemble and compile statistics and data from established sources as directed

  • Create formulas/formats of moderate complexity

  • Provide support to leaders and department as required

  • Outbound calls to clients, Department of Labor and other government agencies

  • Organize correspondence and email; responds to requests for information

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in similar environment

  • Experience using Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Exceptional organization skills

  • Able to work in a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office/2 days at home)

  • High School diploma or equivalent education/experience

$24 - $26 / hour
