What you will do: Cyberark is looking for a Technical Trainer to deliver training on CyberArk's products in the Americas. The primary responsibility of the role is to design, schedule and deliver technical certification training to our partners, customers and sales teams. In addition to delivering training, you will also be required to assist in the ongoing development of training materials. What you need to succeed:

• Deliver 2-3 courses (classroom and online) per month.
• Organize and lead training sessions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content suitable for a variety of delivery methods (Face-to-face, webinar, or self-paced). This can include the development of PowerPoint presentations, online content, as well as hands on training exercise guides.
• Develop and maintain the training lab environment to a production standard
• Support CyberArk Certification Program by scoring hands on challenges.
• 25% travel

How you will stand out from the crowd:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer or other technical supporting activities
• Ability to conduct technical presentations and comfort in speaking to large groups of technical users
• Ability to train highly-technical participants while balancing the needs of less technical attendees
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and teach new technologies
• Ability to write detailed technical guides and build technical presentations
• Demonstrated knowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture concepts is an advantage
• Hand-on experience with Windows Server Operating Systems. Linux/Unix and databases a plus.
• Ability to develop high quality training materials in a collaborative workspace.
• Proficiency in course development software
• Capable of independent & self-sustained work

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
