Job Description

Program Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale digital health programs, including connected medical devices and patient-centric mobile applications.

  • Business strategy and ecosystem development for digital health and medical device technology combined with cloud-based data aggregation and analytics platform.

  • Market assessment and identification of value creation priorities for IoMT solutions

  • Competitive landscape map and prioritization of technology-enabled distributed care applications

  • Business plan, use case definition and implementation roadmap for digitally enabled solutions.

Pre-sales consultant: Ideal candidate should be able to support our sales team during pre-sales pursuit as a medical device product development consultant

Team Management : Direct and mentor a team of project managers and technical staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational strategy.

Technical Oversight: Oversee the technical development aspects, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., FDA, HIPAA) and leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Financial and Risk Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, implementing risk mitigation strategies to meet project deliverables.

Innovation and Strategy: Champion innovation by incorporating advanced healthcare technologies and practices into project plans and company strategy.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of program management, including significant experience in the healthcare domain, pre-sales consulting, and hands-on experience with medical device product development.

Technical Proficiency: Strong technical acumen with experience in software development languages and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence).

Leadership: Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Additional Requirement:

  • Must have US work permit – NO sponsorship available

  • This will be a Hybrid role with the expectation of 2-3 days a week in client office

  • 20% Travel expectation supporting pre-sales and or to deliver long term consulting programs or engagements
