Position Summary
Renewal and Reporting Specialist. Provides day-to-day support to
Account Executives and Account Managers for operations work
related to renewals. Responsible for accurate, timely coordination with numerous internal departments concerning set-up in the claims system,
fulfillment, eligibility, plan documents, billing, etc. Also serves as the single point of contact for creating and delivering required reporting... provides standard
and ad hoc reports from various systems to meet client and broker
requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Acts as the single point-of-contact for renewal activities;
coordinates resolution of all project deliverables and renewal
related issues
- Develops and executes reporting strategy consistent with
customer expectations; ensures reporting accuracy and timely
delivery on all required reports
Effectively manages RnR team dynamics and works collaborative with fellow team members ensuring success of the overall process; ensures follow-through on assigned responsibilities and tasks
Solicits and assesses customer feedback to enhance continuous
quality improvement on the renewal and reporting processes
Preferred Qualifications
3 years healthcare industry experience
2 years in-depth knowledge of Meritain products, services and
system capabilities
Project Management and leadership experience a plus
Solid foundation using Microsoft Office applications
Salesforce experience a plus
Education
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this
position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
