The Sales Enablement Analyst will play a key role in strengthening the collaboration between sales and marketing teams. With some managerial oversight, this role focuses on training sales staff, creating impactful marketing content, and supporting treasury management sales strategy. The Analyst will take full ownership of crafting compelling responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and assist in a variety of Commercial Deposits and Treasury Management (CDTM) sales projects, helping the organization articulate its value and win new business. This person will also: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and prepare reports for senior leadership. Manage the RFP process, including customizing responses and coordinating proposal strategies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure coherent, detailed RFP responses. Oversee proposal knowledge management for future use. Coordinate marketing initiatives, webinars, and customer-facing events. Stay informed on treasury management products and industry trends. Develop and execute training programs for sales colleagues, ensuring compliance standards are met. Review the qualifications listed below: Education Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Communication, Business, and Marketing. Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Communication, Business, and Marketing. Preferred Experience 2-4 years experience Communication, Marketing, and Data Analytics. Required 2-3 years Sales in Financial Services Industry, ideally in Treasury Management. Required 1-2 years experience preferred working with RFPs and administrating the RFP process. Required 2-3 years experience Sales Enablement. Preferred Licenses and Certifications Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. by start date.
