Job Summary:

The Program Supervisor is responsible for supporting the execution of the Clean Start program across North America. The Program Supervisor will provide information management expertise, as well as a strategically promote solutions and workflows to meet customer challenges. The Program Supervisor will be expected to contribute to the development of the existing program, as well as make and document suggestions for improvement.

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Work with the Sales Team and Project Leaders to identify risks and opportunities with each engagement

  • Work with colleagues and Subject Matter Experts to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

  • Draft and finalize the construction of all recommendation reports and present findings to the customer.

  • Continually enhance the assessment template to ensure general usability

  • Assess technology to streamline data capture process

  • Collaborates with customer on strategic plan for records and information management program using best practice methodologies to support and achieve long-range organizational goals

Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

The Program Supervisor must facilitate the gathering of information to ensure accuracy in the Recommendation Report, as it relates to products, services and associated cost.

The Program Supervisor must be capable of overseeing timelines and quality execution of all engagements, which will include multiple projects running simultaneously. The Program Supervisor must be capable of coordinating workload to meet service level objectives.

The Program Supervisor requires the ability to coordinate and align sales, customers and operations. The Program Supervisor serves as the subject matter expert for the entire Clean Start Program. The Program Supervisor serves as an administrator who answers questions from the team and acts as a liaison who resolves technical issues.

The job has an impact on the business financial performance by influencing revenue across multiple business lines and other value add services associated with solution sales, including storage. The job also has an impact on the business by influencing customer sentiment and loyalty.

Reasonably expected salary range:

  • 72,000-78,000- annually
