Two 12 month+ Contract to hire positions FULLY REMOTE Must work W2 ONLY. These positions focus on Operational Support. This position will play a key role in providing a support matrix that maintains a strategy that support the Infrastructure Domain during critical outages. They will be involved in building an Infrastructure monitoring strategy (utilizing existing tools) that will help to improve early warning capabilities, while also helping to improve our Team's ability to locate areas within our Infrastructure environment that may contribute to any critical outage. This role will interface with multiple technology disciplines aligned to X86, Enterprise Storage, Linux, Windows, Network, Cloud and VCenter technologies. This role will require off hours response, but all responsibilities will be shared with a peer resource who will be providing the identical effort to ensure success Must haves:

• Works well under pressure, calm, clear communicator.
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Willing to work off hours
• Technical skills and familiarity required: Storage, Linux, Windows, X86 These are NOT Linux Developers/Administrators
• 5+ years required but will be more focused on the technical and communication skills
• Experience with severe incident management related calls
