ERP Implementation BA/PM Contract through 12/24 at least Local to Madison, WI preferred, remote okay My top client is looking for a contractor to do both PM and BA work for their ERP implementation of Acumatica that is going live January of 2025. As part of the merger & transformation program, the finance program is evaulating and rationalizing ancillary accounting/finance systems to integrate into the ERP. Overall roadmap, integration, data architecture, ERP scope, and transition plans need to be created and/or finalized. Responsibilities:

• Gather, document and manage finance process/system requirements throughout the project.
• Work closely with SMEs to define the future state integration & architecture.
• Manage the entire project including timeline, deliverables, and vendor relationship.
• Work closely with a core team comprised of our finance business systems manager and implementation partner, while consulting with IT & data team resources to build the implementation roadmap and see this project through cutover.

Qualifications:

• Background in ERP implementations (Acumatica strongly preferred)
• Strong financial and accounting practice acument (financial planning & analysis, budgeting, consolidations, accounting best practices/GAAP, etc.)
• Experience working with Great Plains software
