Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC Customer Operations Representative in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Position Summary Beacon Hill's Saint Paul, MN based client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Representative to join their team. This role involves performing accurate data entry, resolving processing issues, and providing exceptional customer support in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will exhibit strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. This position is a long-term hybrid contract role based in Saint Paul, MN. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter a variety of data types into electronic systems, including but not limited to application entries, withdrawal requests, basic billing, personal information updates, authorizations, coverage verifications, and handling return mail.
  • Utilize sound judgment to research and resolve issues that impede processing efficiency.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to manage administrative tasks.
  • Provide support and respond to inquiries via the team inbox.
  • Ensure all tasks comply with department quality standards and are completed within designated service level obligations.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple Windows-based systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Word and the ability to read and create Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong focus on customer service, both internal and external.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and adapting to shifting business needs.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Solid work ethic, professionalism, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Technical Skills

  • Ability to work with minimal direction and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Accurate data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with experience working both independently and collaboratively.
