About this role: CyberArk Cloud Marketplace Manager: An experienced professional responsible for driving and expanding software sales through Cloud Marketplace models in North America, resulting in incremental revenue to CyberArk. This individual is responsible for engagement, enablement, on-going management, and selling into North America customer and prospect organizations with Cloud Marketplace partner resources, CyberArk sales teams, and CyberArk reseller and systems integrator partners. The Cloud Marketplace Manager will be the primary field resource contact for one or more Cloud Marketplaces. They will engage CyberArk strategic partners and CyberArk Account Executives with enlisting Cloud Marketplace resources support in prospecting for, developing, and closing CyberArk sales opportunities. The Cloud Marketplace Manager will enable Cloud Marketplace partner sales and technical staff to become proficient in promoting and selling CyberArk Solutions. This individual will work with Cloud Marketplace partners to arrange and sponsor customer events, prospect meetings, connect selling resources, strategic territory planning, target account identification, and travel as appropriate to build and maintain strong partner relationships. What you will do:

  • Understand and promote Cloud Marketplace value propositions
  • Align with CyberArk channel managers to collaborate with CyberArk AEs and other channel partner sales resources
  • Be able to articulate Cloud Marketplace sales and pre-sales technical organizations and structure and leverage relationships in those organizations to launch sales opportunities
  • Develop, drive, and execute regional sales plan with marketplace success managers
  • Assist Cloud Marketplace resources in delivering CyberArk solutions to their customers in conjunction with CyberArk's field sales teams and other CyberArk Partners
  • Present CyberArk solutions at Cloud Marketplace and partner speaking engagements
  • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations
  • Demonstrate a "whatever-it-takes" attitude to ensure Cloud Marketplace resources are knowledgeable, driven and successful at delivering CyberArk solutions to their prospects

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years' experience in sales and/or building and managing strategic partnerships in North America
  • Must have a strong technical aptitude
  • Must be motivated by driving marketplace revenue with a record of quota over-achievement
  • Ability to manage and grow partnerships that deliver value added services in Information Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Security
  • Must have experience in a hybrid sales environment of direct and indirect sales, excel at team building and have a proven track record of leadership
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Must be a strategic thinker and tactical implementer
  • Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, with advanced degrees desired
  • Travel is required (approximately 50%)

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170, 00/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
