Salary: $75,000.00 $85,000.00 This is a full time position. Duties Are you Wilder's next Clinical Supervisor? Provide Mental Health Targeted Case Management (TCM) supervision to TCM providers. Participate as a member of the Community Mental Health team in providing TCM services to assigned clients who meet program eligibility. Principle accountabilities will include assessment, service planning, service engagement, crisis intervention, documentation, case coordination, rehabilitation skill building, if part of an ARMHS service, information and referral, team work, and providing supervision and/or work direction for case managers. Responsibilities may also include program and/or project leadership. May provide direct clinical service to program clients including comprehensive assessment and clinical treatment based on needs of the program. If hired as a Bilingual Staff - Interact with clients by speaking English and another language, e.g., Hmong, Vietnamese, Khmer, Karen or Spanish. Explain documents/information to clients with marginal English language skills, as needed.
