Amherst H. Wilder Foundation - Lexington Clinical Supervisor / Mental Health Therapist - Outpatient in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Salary: $75,000.00 $85,000.00 per year This is a full time position. Duties Are you Wilder's next mental health provider? Join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellness team at Wilder in providing clinical service delivery that supports our community's mental wellness, critical to Wilder's mission of improving lives today and for generations to come! We want your expertise! Wilder provides robust clinical oversight and training as part of our efforts to enhance the proficiency of new staff, pre-licensed therapists, and trainees. We are hiring a full-time mental health professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) to be a Clinical Supervisor to unlicensed staff and trainees who five mental health assessments and therapy to children, adults, and their families. The Clinical Supervisor would also provide direct care to their own client caseload in addition to their supervision/teaching responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have a passion for serving individuals and families in our community and in providing trauma informed, culturally responsive mental health treatment.
