Scans and attaches documents in patient's electronic medical records. Also responsible for organizing and sorting patient information. Answer phone calls. Respond to record requests. Demonstrates an understanding of patient confidentiality. Other duties as requested or assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Two years of Medical Record Experience Preferred Knowledge of Medical Terminology Preferred Experience with Scanning and Attaching Documents Required Additional Attributes: Flexibility Ability to work independently Ability to Multi-task Detail-Oriented Self-Motivated Reliable Strong Organizational Skills The US Oncology Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
