Adecco US, Inc. Training Specialist in Saint Louis, Missouri

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Training Specialist to join our client’s team in Saint Louis, MO. If you are a highly motivated individual with strong data entry skills and the ability to meet demanding deadlines, we encourage you to apply. This role offers competitive compensation ( $ 38.24 ) over a 2-month contract period.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am- 5pm

Primary Responsibilities:

· Assists with building Education & Training SharePoint site

· Creates training material such as participant guides, facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, in support of best practices and workflows

· Assists with building Poka Skills and Work Instructions

· Creating Participant Guides and Facilitator Guides for Poka training

· Moving files from Teams to a new SharePoint site

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in training and development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field

· Proven experience in developing training materials

· Proficiency in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.

· Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)

· Microsoft Office 365

· Poka

Pay Details: $38.24 per hour
