Summary
Sr Manager Price Getting
Key role in developing and implementing strategies to achieve price realization in the company’s Branded Services segment. Responsible for analyzing data, understanding market dynamics, and utilizing various pricing and promotional strategies to enhance revenue and drive profitability. Sets, maintains, and monitors prices across Branded Services clients while closely collaborating and business partnering with the business development teams.

Essential Responsibility
Executing pricing strategies across the SBU including business partnering
Pricing strategy implementation and deal creation for Top 100 clients
Collaborate closely with Deal Desk leads, serving as hub for pricing excellence
Project management such as [but not limited to] pricing negotiation toolkit creation, develop best pricing practices, governances, strategies
Reporting and analytics – establish and maintain KPI’s, resolve pricing issues to drive profitable growth, insights in pricing, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Education Level:
(Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred): MBA Degree Or equivalent experience
5+ yearsof experience in pricing or revenue management
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Experience defining and executing pricing processes with cross-functional partners
Exceptional analytical skills
Ability to coach and guide deal desk team

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the abilty to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
