POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior NetSuite Engineer plays a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and implement NetSuite solutions and integrations across the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of both IT principles and business operations. The Senior NetSuite Engineer will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, defining integration requirements, and contributing to the prioritization of initiatives. Leveraging expertise in NetSuite and other business applications, this role focuses on crafting innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency under the direction of the CIO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary technical resource for gathering business and technical requirements, leading the design, development, testing, and implementation of NetSuite solutions.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of NetSuite capabilities, staying abreast of key features and designs relevant to business needs.

Collaborate with NetSuite business subject matter experts to ensure alignment between business process design and organizational objectives.

Lead efforts in report writing and analytics to address business requirements.

Analyze system processes in relation to business operations, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommending effective solutions.
