Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor

Job Description

As the Sanitation Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with Management and the Quality Department to uphold the highest standards of food safety. Your responsibilities include planning and organizing the activities of the Sanitation crew, training team members, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of equipment cleaning operations. You will oversee a diverse team of 29 members who are tasked with disassembling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling machinery, parts, and kitchen supplies. The role requires flexibility, as it involves working from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and approximately 20 extra minutes daily to manage crew transitions.

The position is based in a climate-controlled food manufacturing plant that operates 24/7. The facility is a multicultural environment with team members from 26 different companies who speak 9 different languages.
