JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Report To: Medical Director or Executive Director

**Description Hi-Tech Charities (HTC)is seeking a nursing professional passionate aboutproviding comprehensive primary care and social services to the community, organizing and managing nursing and other healthcare and training programs. The nurse for this position will work within both clinical and programmatic settings, including home visits and clinics located within Missouri Rural and Urban Counties (St. Louis City and County, St. Charles, and rural counties of Jefferson, Washington, Ste. Genevieve, St. Francois), proving Patient Treatment and Care, Public Health Nursing and Education, and community health Services.

The typical work hours for the positions are Monday-Friday days(working weekends and evenings as needed)with the starting salary range being between $50,000-$62,000 annually depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Examples of Duties

• Organize institutional partnerships and provide outreach to attract and retain more clients.
• Provide patient care and treatment.
• Provide patient education to promote patient wellness to maintain and improve health.
• Provide case management, data management and staff training.
• Complete and maintain a systematic plan of care for all patients and document all services provided.
• Organizing and managing nursing, healthcare, and other training programs.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or higher, unencumbered Registered Nurse License, and a valid driver's license.
